The “Winter Break Vacation” giveaway is open to residents of the 48 states of the Continental U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of CBN or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both incorporated herein by reference) and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Beginning December 1, 2014 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through December 22, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) go to CBNRadio.com and complete the online entry information. As part of your entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address where you can be reached from 12/1/14 through 12/23/14. By providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to the use of this e-mail address by CBN, The 700 Club, CBNRadio.com, and their respective production companies or their representatives to e-mail you in connection with this contest. Limit one entry per person/email address per day irrespective of the method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person/e-mail address after the first entry received from that person/email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means, which subvert the entry process are void.
Following the designated entry period, from December 1, 2014 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through December 22, 2014 at11:59:00 PM (ET), CBN will randomly select a winner each day for twenty-two consecutive days from the entries received. A special random drawing will be conducted on December 23 from the entries received to select the grand prize winner.

The grand prize will be drawn on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 – Getaway vacation for two at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, including hotel accommodations and airfare (ARV up to $1,300 ea.) Twenty-Two second place winners will be chosen beginning on December 1, 2014 and ending December 22, 2014 to receive one Amazon Gift Card, (ARV $25 ea.). Odds of being chosen as a winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) second-place prize per household. All entrants are eligible for grand prize drawing. Grand Prize must be used by March 1, 2015. Grand prize may not be redeemed during restrictive black-out dates: January 30 – February 1, 2015.
Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted, but in the event of unavailability, CBN will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If the original e-mail to an potential prize winner is not responded to by the potential prize winner within designated time (seven days from point of notification), that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until one (1) entrant is reached.
CBN is not responsible or liable for computer error or any technical malfunctions of the Internet service provider's (ISP) network.

As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
